“Babies whose brains are not developed, see no difference in the things of the world. When their brains are developed, they see the difference in things. Until a baby is six months old, it feels no differences. A FIRST CLASS YOGI is like a baby of this type. If you give a diamond to a baby, it throws it way. To such babies, pebbles and diamonds are the same. Similarly, to true Jnyanis (Jeevan Muktas) , a lump of earth and money are the same. They have no desires of any sort. They see the one Atman everywhere. All is seen in the Atman and the Atman in all.” ~ Chidakasha Gita (verse 149)
In verse 149 of Chidakasha Gita, Bhagwan Nityananda points out to the simplicity of the path, where the true Yogi with the power of his tapas has now dissolved the worldly vasanas in his mind, where there is no desires.
When attraction for the worldly possession dies out as the mark of a true Yogi, he/she becomes like a baby for whom gold and stone are of no difference.
He says that babies see only oneness unless their brain develops. Brain developing is ego developing. When brain (ego) develops, ignorance begins in the baby, and it begins seeing differences in this world – difference of religion, paths, faiths, status, etc, difference as own people and strangers, difference between genders, species, etc.
But when the ego is purified, one become like a child again and losing all differences begins seeing and practically embracing all as one.
Oneness is the first sign of purity of a Yogi. Humility, equality and simplicity is the mark of a true Yogi.
