Made a quick video for those who are facing fear and restlessness during this transition process. It is important to know this that many are experiencing these fears surfacing. When you understand and connect to where it is coming from and the purpose of it’s surfacing, lot of anxiety will be eased and you would be in better control of the situation rather than multiplying the jittery effects of anxiety and panic.
