Continued from Part 6
Just notice. From the start of this session what has happened? Do you see the changes in you? Why these changes? Why this relaxation and peace? Because you have shifted. You have shifted into awareness. You are not in the mind ego anymore. Can you see the difference?
What happens when you are in the mind ego? Mind ego is so troublesome, so weary, so tired, so restless, so much of suffering, so much of doubt, so much of anxiety. And the moment you shift into awareness, which is pure consciousness, stillness and peace takes over.
Observe. In about an hour here now, right now your mind is healed. Previously what was the state of mind. Compare. So what is it that causes sickness? Ignorance. That’s all.
One ignorance and sickness is caused. The ignorance that I am separate from this consciousness, the ignorance that I need to search is outside, the ignorance that I am helpless, I am very less, I am not good, I am not pure. I am telling you – don’t wait to become pure.
Connect to that space which is always pure. Don’t identify with the impure parts of you. Like your mind, lamenting, “Oh! My mind is dirty, it’s impure!” “My body it’s not to the mark.” “My tendencies, my habits, my nature, my character..”…
You are not your character. Come on. You are not your nature. You are not these tendencies.
You are the pure awareness. Shift into that awareness, you will start purifying. When you realize you are awareness, then in that awareness, look into these koshas (subtle bodies).
In awareness, look at the same impure mind. Look at the same impure prana. Look at the same impure body.
With this purity in awareness, you will start purifying those bodies. Are you getting my point? How to do healing, I am telling you.
Don’t remain in the mind with some egoic identity, claiming “I am a bhogi or rogi” or claims like “I am a this Yogi or that Yogi” or even “I am a meditator or seeker.” And then sitting with that identity, and pull energy from this dimension or that dimension and bring it into your body. The source of all light, energy, vibration, is within you. Dont allow mind to use concepts of borrowing it from somewhere outside. Recognise the source experientially, subjectively.
Connecting outside creates a kind of helpless or desperateness. Please know another secret. The moment you become desperate, you don’t heal. Please understand this very clearly. Heal in awareness, by awareness.
If you become desperate, you don’t heal because that’s an incompletion. That shows you are in the mind/ego. If you try to heal from the mind/ego, there will be limited results.
You shift into that awareness. You realise this presence, that I AM. Feel the purity.
Become one with that wholesomeness. Become one with that ever powerful. Become one with that completeness. Become one with the purity. Feel the full purity one hundred percent. Realise it by experience.
I am pure. The mind will tell you I am not pure. Awareness will make you realise that you are pure because awareness is always pure. Awareness can never become dirty. So shift first into that pure space, into that sacred temple. Sacred consciousness, and then being that consciousness, work from that space.
Realizing that consciousness. Now shine upon your other bodies. Shine upon your mana, mind and shine and empower your mind. Purify the body with your purity. You see healing will happen very quickly. That is why I say subjective is very important.
What I am telling right now is subjective. Deeply and fully subjective. From the subjective we heal the objective. What we do is, we sit in the objective and try to connect to the subjective. Very difficult. That is where all your new concepts come.
Sitting in objective, you are saying “I am Shiva.” How can ego be Shiva? Wrong concepts running blindly on some programming. And the incomplete one clearly knows he or she is not Shiva, but still keeps pretending and thinking or saying, “I am Shiva. Shivoham”
Saying isn’t enough. Your being or even your subconscious doesn’t agree. It’s vibration says you are not Shiva though mind is claiming. Only words you are saying “I am Shiva.” There is no meaning. That is why he says just by knowing mantras, just by doing paats (reading scriptural texts), nobody has attained God.
If by saying mantras or chanting holy texts like Lalita Sahasranama (or the like) ten times a day, if you could realise the Self, then the pandits would have been self-realized. They are doing it every day and night. They do it much more times than you, and much better pronunciation that you.
That is what Ustad Farid Ayaz sings the song of Kabir that“Mullah aur pandit, done raah na payee.” Meaning both Mulla and Pandit have not attained God.
Despite all their chanting. Despite their particular purity, waking up at Brahma Muhurat, having clean baths, wearing clean clothes, eating pure food, continuously offering flowers, worshiping, chanting mantras and holy texts continuously. They do it a thousand times better than you do, they know it all by heart. Still they never attain God.
And we think by reading loudly holy scriptures and doing all kind of formal worships, the self can be attained. Maybe some purification you can attain, that too depending on how conscious and pure intention you have. But you cannot attain Self by all these
KulArnava Tantra clearly liberation cannot be achieved by the study of scriptures or performance of rituals alone, but real knowledge (Jnana) alone can give liberation. Real knowledge means experiential knowledge, not that which is parroted. We have only by-hearted teachings from paths and gurus. Without experiential wisdom those teachings are all hollow.

That’s why Ustad Farir sings, “Paani paani ratte ratte, pyasa hi mar jaye. Meaning, one keeps chanting “water water water” and die of thirst. Means the thirst cannot be quenched by simply reciting.
So please understand, the objective practices are for the beginning of the journey. After that you have to shift. That is where Shiva Sutras begin. The shift.
That is why I am trying to make that effort. Last month also I made that from mind to heart. That webinar. Remember. It is that same shift. Moving from the mind to heart. Moving from objective to subjective. Shift into awareness, shift into subjective. Start living in the subjective. If you live in the subjective, you don’t have to sit in the objective and keep trying to meditate or heal. Objective is mind. Your mind creates sickness, my dear.
You live in the mind, objective, you will always be sick. It will keep cluttering something or the other. Worries and this and that. It will never be satisfied. Live in subjectiveness. Live in awareness.
You then begin living in a certain blankness. You are not entertaining this mind at all. It doesn’t mean your mind is not active. It doesn’t mean your karma is gone. It is all there. It is playing itself in the mind.
You are not the mind. In fact, when you are not the mind, you are just awareness. Anytime you look at a mischievous mind, mischievous body, you can simply shine light into those areas and heal it.
But provided you are seated in subjective. From here you have to keep shining. So it is a periodic practice.
You live in awareness and you are constantly looking at your flaws by your own light. Whenever you look at any flaws deeply, detached. But that look must a look of awareness. By deeply looking itself, you heal it. As I told you, where your awareness goes, prana goes there.
