Continued from Part 7
You live in awareness and you are will be able to constantly observe your own flaws by your own light. Whenever you look at any flaws deeply, detached, you heal it. As I told you, where your awareness goes, prana goes there.
But you need to shift into that awareness first. But we do the other way round. We sit in the ignorance and try to connect to an idea of awareness. You have to make that shift into that awareness which you already are. So when you are in awareness, you simply are aware of the flaws without fighting it.
Don’t fight your negativities, but look at it. Don’t rush to remove it. Why are you busy fighting and removing it? As though it will go away but fuelling it. You have flaws. Be aware of it. That’s it. Let the light that looks on it do the healing. But that light has to be so powerful. That’s exactly what we are practicing here. All webinars and sessions give you that boost to enhance it. That’s the power of satsang.
It will start destroying itself without an active participation of the mind to remove it. You will see whenever you are aware, the mind becomes cautious. The mischief becomes lesser and lesser. See that. See how the mind is playing mischief and just be aware of it and then be aware of how it is reducing. You have to be aware of how it is reducing.
You have to see that. That is where the healing is. Healing is not trying to uproot it and throw it out. Desperation will not work. Who is the one who is trying to uproot it? The ego. Ego cannot kill itself. Ego cannot commit suicide.
Awareness only sees. The moment you want to get rid of it, that is your mind. That is an indication you have shifted back into the mind. Awareness only is a witness. Good or bad, it watches. It watches in full purity, in full light. This you have to practice. Look at it. Look at every thought without judging it.
Judging means you are in the mind. Mind wants to do something about it. Immediately become aware. No, then I am not in awareness. Shift. How would you know you are in awareness?
You are looking at it, but no opinions are flowing, no conclusion, no judgments about it, but you are looking at it. You are fully aware of it, fully conscious, but no word about it. No action about it. Moment you see your mind is reacting, doing something, putting a judgment, trying to do this and that, become aware.
How to become aware? Let go of that doing. Drop the conclusion, drop the judgment, but continue looking at it. Do this a couple of times, couple of days, and you see the changes will start happening. You will understand what is perfect awareness. Right now we feel we are aware.
We are not aware. Awareness means it is simply a conscious stare. It is simply staring. A blank stare, but fully conscious of what is happening. It does not judge. The moment you say, I have a flaw, let me remove it, you have judged it. That is why you are trying to remove it. That effort itself…. “Oh, I have to get rid of this bad thought…..” that itself is the flaw. That is not awareness. That is your mind. I am saying the mind is the one that wants to become pure. Listen carefully.
Who wants to become pure? The mind. Awareness is not bothered. Awareness is simply happy the way it is. It has nothing to do with purity or impurity. Awareness will not judge.
Shiva does not judge. God in you does not judge. See, when you connect to this, you are connecting to the Guru in you. You are awakening the Shiva consciousness in you. Don’t judge yourself. Don’t self-criticize. Stay there. Be aware.

In time, with the techniques I told you, you will be then able to increase the illumination of that awareness you realise you are in. And you will see healing taking place.
It’s not that you are ignoring the faults, but you are watching it… a distance is maintained.
Someone tells you that you are not a good person. Look at that so called bad person without calling it a bad person, without the label. Suddenly you will see there is no badness. The badness is just a thought in your mind. Do you feel bad about yourself in Samadhi? Why don’t you feel bad? Because you are in your purest reality then. Because there is no mind there to play the mischief. Mind is a mischief maker.
Don’t trust this mind. When it tells you you are this and that. Just say shut up and shift. Neutrally. That is called self love.
What is self love? When you are able to look at yourself without judgment and you are able to accept yourself totally the way you are. Because when you don’t judge you are accepting yourself. Good also you accept. Bad also you accept. The way you are. See suddenly when you move into that zone healing will begin.
This is what healing is. This is what I am telling is empowering yourself.
Function from that zone which is just the seer. Which is just the light of awareness. Forget about the teaching “Do not not judge others.” That is secondary to me. First stop judging yourself. When you start not judging yourself, judging others also will stop.
Because you are judging yourself you are judging the world. Because you demean yourself you are demeaning others. Because you do not accept yourself, you are unable to accept others the way they are.
It’s a reflection. So don’t try to stop that outer reflection first. First become aware subjectively. Take care of this. Start paying attention to this and suddenly you will see all those outside flaws also are going. The flaw of feeling “Oh, I am bad to others. You are bad to others because you are bad to yourself. You don’t love others because you don’t love yourself. You get that? Oh love doesn’t flow for me. Where it will flow? You have shut down the whole reservoir there. It is not flowing to yourself.
How it is going to go out? First love has to fill up your koshas. Then it spreads out. Your cup has to be filled and then only it can overflow.
Your presence has to expand from here to there. If it has not filled up if healing has not filled up in your koshas how will this healing energy touch somebody else? If grace is not filled up in my koshas, how will it go and touch the world around me?
If love is not filled up in my whole self in all my koshas how is this love going to go out? And we are busy trying to give love to people. We are trying to heal others while we are unhealed.
We are trying to bless others. Inside we are cursing ourselves. It will not work. The teachings of “give love to everyone” or “accept everyone” will not work until these are first directed to yourself.
