Dec 2025 would have 2 batches, one for level 1 and other for level 2. You may attend one or both depending on the eligibility criteria.

IMPORTANT

Retreats are not substitute to your health conditions nor replacement to your life challenges. Please carry your medications in case of manageable health concerns. Retreat is not for those with severe health issues that need assistance. Retreat is not for those escaping the world nor family issues. Signing up confirms that you have family or guardian approval.

Eligibility criteria: For level 1 you must know the basic practices of Shifting Into Awareness.

For level 2 you must have attended Level 1 earlier or in this retreat.

LEVEL 1

Eligibility criteria:

Must be a member of  the ‘Shifting Into Awareness’ group and regular in either webinars or free sessions. If not, you may join shiftingintoawareness.com/join

OR have atleast done the basic ‘Shifting Into Awareness’ course. If not, you may do it on shiftingintoawareness.com/courses

ROUTINES OF LEVEL 1 RETREAT

• Aligning with the grace of Arunachala.
• Knowing about temples, Samadhis, caves, hill, giripradakshina and Ramanashram including practical visits to these places.
• Purging and Cleansing as preparation for level 2.

PURPOSE OF LEVEL 1 RETREAT

• Connect deeply to the grace of Arunachala.
• Move deeper into one’s true inner nature of silence.
• Attune to the purification of body, mind and koshas.
• 3 days of cleansing and preparation.

LEVEL 2 Level 2 registrations full

Eligibility criteria:

Must have done an earlier retreat in Tiruvannamalai or level 1 this time.

ROUTINES OF LEVEL 2 RETREAT

• Living in vibrational awareness
• Meditation at Bhagwan Ramana’s Samadhi
• Meditation in the caves on Arunachala hill.
• Deep Meditative Satsangs
• Aligning with Dakshinamurthy tatva and the language of silence
• ‘Who am I’ practices
• Contemplation of Avadhutas and their messages
• Study & reflection of Ramana Tatva
• Secrets and practices of Shiva Sutras
• Attune to the grace of Bhairava and Murugan (Skanda)
• Moving towards final level 3 (Para).

PURPOSE OF LEVEL 2 RETREAT

• Move deeper into one’s true inner nature of silence.
• Moving from DOING to BEING
• Moving closer to the Self
• Build up deep awareness
• Activate the Inner Guru
• Go with the flow of divine
• Being in the world yet not of the world
• Preparing for level 3 practices

– ACCOMMODATION –

IMPORTANT:

• Registrations closes: Nov 31, 2025 however it can close anytime earlier when the seats are full.
• Food includes homely organic breakfast + lunch + tea + complimentary juice/snacks. Dinner will be your own as people prefer to visit places in the evenings and have their own food)
• Please arrive anytime on the previous evening/night of the start day of the retreat.
• Please plan your travel to and fro after looking at the timings of first and last day of each level programs.

Please note that registration is confirmed only against payment. But please DO NOT pay until your participation is approved.

• Without registration of the retreat in-venue rooms cannot be allotted. In-venue rooms are given on priority to those who will be attending both level 1 & 2.
