    • This is only for members of SiA
    • If you are new, you would first need to join the platform through shiftingintoawareness.com/join
    • Deep reflections through meditative awareness between  9 pm to 10.30 pm IST
    • There will be 2 to 3 such sessions every week for April & May. Regular clarity sessions will continue for everyone.
    • No recordings would be provided (extended LiVE only to those unable to attend due to different time zones)
    • Camera must be on to ensure that you are not in odd places and are settled and still.  You face can be kept away but camera has to be on. If not on, the profile will not be allowed to continue.
    • Please ensure you are not moving camera or yourself during sessions.
    • If for any reasons you are unable to follow above protocols then avoid attending on that night, join when things are convenient.
    • If you sign up and do not attend sessions, you will be taken off the list. If unable to attend, please inform.
    • Please attend only if you are able to stay till end.
    • If you are not a new member signing up for this, you will be moved to regular sessions first before you are regular with attendance and practices
    • Only contribution of Rs.111 or $5 has been kept just to ensure serious comitment for the entire month of April & May.
