- It is a 100% non-refundable cancellation policy with all webinars. If you cancel for any reason you will not receive a refund.
- However, you may transfer your webinar pass to another individual if you are unable to attend yourself or you may may compensate a future webinar of the same amount.
- All refunds will be not the amount sent but the amount we have recieved after whatever deductions apply by the online payment merchant (like RayzorPay, PayPal, etc). The refunded amount may incur further transaction charges applied by the payment merchant.
- For cancellation made 30 to 45 days before the retreat date, a deduction of 25% will be applicable to the refund.
- For cancellation made 15 to 30 days before the retreat date, a deduction of 50% will be applicable to the refund.
- For cancellation done 15 to 0 days before the retreat date, there will be no refund applicable.
- However, your seat may be transferred to another person, but only if that seeker’s participation is approved.
- Or 50% of the contribution can be used for any future retreat (if approved)
- If an event is rescheduled, participants will be automatically enrolled in the new date or time. If you are unable to attend the new date you may choose an alternate event of equal or lesser value if space is still available. • If an event is cancelled and we are unable to schedule an alternate date, participants will be refunded.
