Please note that retreats are not open public events. You would need to first apply for approval.

LEVEL 1
Eligibility criteria:
- Must be a member of the ‘Shifting Into Awareness’ group and regular in either webinars or free sessions. If not, you may join shiftingintoawareness.com/join
- OR have atleast done the basic ‘Shifting Into Awareness’ course. If not, you may do it on shiftingintoawareness.com/courses
ROUTINES OF LEVEL 1 RETREAT
- Aligning with the grace of Arunachala.
- Purging and Cleansing as preparation for level 2.
PURPOSE OF LEVEL 1 RETREAT
- Connect deeply to the grace of Arunachala.
- Move deeper into one’s true inner nature of silence.
- Attune to the purification of body, mind and koshas.
- 2 days of cleansing and preparation.

LEVEL 2

- AND must have done an earlier retreat in Tiruvannamalai or level 1 this time.
ROUTINES OF LEVEL 2 RETREAT
- Living in awareness
- Meditation at Bhagwan Ramana’s Samadhi
- Meditation in the caves on Arunachala hill.
- Deep Meditative Satsangs
- Aligning with Dakshinamurthy tatva and the language of silence
- ‘Who am I’ practices
- Contemplation of Avadhutas and their messages
- Study & reflection of Ramana Tatva
- Secrets and practices of Shiva Sutras
- Attune to the grace of Bhairava and Murugan (Skanda)
- Moving towards final level 3 (Para).
PURPOSE OF LEVEL 2 RETREAT
- Move deeper into one’s true inner nature of silence.
- Moving from DOING to BEING
- Moving closer to the Self
- Build up deep awareness
- Activate the Inner Guru
- Go with the flow of divine
- Being in the world yet not of the world
- Preparing for level 3 practices

LEVEL 1 & 2

Eligibility criteria:
- Must have done an earlier retreat in Tiruvannamalai.
– ACCOMMODATION –
- In-venue room priority will be given to those who will be doing level 1 & 2 both.
- Accommodation is independent of your choice and availability. A separate number will be provided for booking your rooms independently.
- Rooms in the venue are allotted first to those qttending level 1 & 2.
- No special choice of in-venue room.
- No single occupation is available in venue. However, in case of single room preference, you may always choose any outside rooms with whatever their charges available, after speaking with Rajalakshmi.
- Please note that accommodation cannot be booked without retreat approval and registration. Hence do not call in-venue as they cannot allot rooms without approval.
- Room charges need to be paid directly to Ashok Bhai or Rajalakshmi after they confirm. Please do not make any accommodation payment to Jake.
ACCOMODATION CHARGES
- AC for single person – ₹1500 per day
- NonAC for single person – ₹1200 per day
- Extra beds charges extra as per their current tariffs.
- Please note that the above rates are only for accommodation in-venue, but once full then the accommodation charges as per outside rates are applicable. You are welcome to make your own arrangements if you have better options.
IMPORTANT:
- Registrations closes: October 31, 2024
- Food includes homely organic breakfast + lunch + tea + complimentary juice/snacks. Dinner will be your own as people prefer to visit places in the evenings and have their own food)
- Please arrive anytime on the previous evening/night of the start day of the retreat.
- Please plan your travel to and fro after looking at the timings of first and last day of each level programs.
- Please note that registration is confirmed only against payment. But please DO NOT pay until your participation is approved.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE REVERT AS EARLY AS YOU CAN AS SEATS ARE LIMITED. Without registration of the retreat in-venue rooms cannot be allotted.
